Yoga with Laurie 
Hi Laurie,
Just wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed the power class this AM. The arm balance sequence is what I’ve been seeking. Your instructions and modifications were well articulated. I hope that you continue to inspire your Wed. class to practice more arm balances.

I am not sure how to post on our blog – I think I can only view it.
Anyway, no response from the CL ad which is making me a little sad, but I still want to try flyers at Panama Bay and a few other places. Even if we don’t have anyone (besides me), if you are open to meeting, I did have an idea…
Anyway, hope you are well and thanks for Deep Stretch – it was great. And not too much Downfall Dog. đŸ™‚
Laurie: I was interested in how you were able to use yoga to overcome your anxiety and depression. I have been working on the same path but would love some suggestions for a beginning seeker of “peace in my mind”. I am enjoying the classes at Cosmic Dog and will continue my yoga practice, but I would like to start adding to that. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Laurie,
It’s been a very long time since I’ve taken your class – but oh how I compare the other instructors to your style. I belong to a gym and no one teaches as yoga as you do – to fast, too dancy. I have found one person close, but no cigar. Please let me know if Cosmic Dog is the only place you teach yoga or do you teach elsewhere as well. Also, do you give private lessons?
